2.15pm – Introduction & purpose
Dr. Marc Sklar from Reproductive Wellness will introduce the team and review the methods and benefits of natural treatments for improving fertility that will be covered during the workshop.
2.30pm – Yoga for Fertility (50’)
Melissa Booker, is an RPYT, E-RYT, 500-hr RYT, doula, mother, and has completed training in prenatal fitness and mindful birthing. She has over 10 years of prenatal yoga experience and has led numerous prenatal teacher trainings
3.30pm – QiGong intro + Guided Imagery Fertility Meditation + Relaxation acupuncture treatment (30’)
Acupuncture treatments are recommendable to help you relax but OPTIONAL
4.00pm – Nutrition & Lifestyle Tips (30’)

Is the $50 for couples, or per person? Are husbands usually at these as well? I don’t have a problem leaving him at home, but is this class majority a one person thing, or couple thing?

This is a workshop design for ladies. Yoga and meditation parts are going to be really focus on the female reproductive system. We will be answering all your questions and we can certainty address male fertility issues during the Questions and Answers part. The price is for person.
