After the success of our First Fertility Foods Tour, we are honored to be a monthly speaker at Whole Foods. It is our way to give back to the community and help women and couples suffering with Fertility problems in San Diego. Trying to conceive can be stressful for some women, and this information about how foods can improve and boost your fertility could be a key element for a successful, full term, healthy pregnancy.
