During 2013, we have been sharing messages with all of you. Encouraging little pictures with just one purpose, help you though the process. Whichever process you were going through.
Maybe you are trying to get pregnant, maybe you have been struggeling with health problems, or maybe you just needed our support helping you face a stressful 2013.
Anyhow, we want to keep reminding you that it is important to let go, that you need to love YOURSELF and practice positive talking to create positive thoughts that would lead to positive outcomes. We wanted to put together some of those messages, to finish 2013 with a positive mind setting. We are ready to keep supporting you during the new year. Are you?
1. Live the present and be ready for the future
Sometimes we hang onto the past, not letting new things flow. January 1st it’s only a new day, like any other. A new year doesn’t necessarily mean anything if we don’t want to… But it can be a perfect excuse to take the opportunity to open up yourself, letting all the lessons learned yesterday help you have for a better tomorrow.
2. One day at a time
This too, shall pass. We need to learn to give things the importance they have. Does it have a solution? Perfect, let’s improve. It doesn’t? Well… maybe we should move on, don’t you think.
Life is precious and as far as we know, our time is limited. Changes and challenges are overwhelming, but maybe we can help ourselves through the process. So for the new year and the many more to come, here is our advice. Breathe, and take it one day at a time.
3. Surround yourself with Positive people
Surround yourself with people who love you, who support you, who challenge you, who make you better, who make you laugh and who make you happy. Be with those who help you being. Surrend yourself with those who see the greatness withing you. And don’t forget that you attract what you are, not what you want. So if you want it, reflect it!
4. Mens sana in corpore sano
We couldn’t skip this one. If you are a patient at Reproductive Wellness, you know this is what we practice. What about this as a 2014 objective… “At the end of 2014 I will be as healthy as I have ever been”
Your body is wise, you just have to listen to it.
5. Make yourself HAPPY
How wonderful the world would be if we all did this? Do you think it is easier to say than to practice? Check number 6 then.
