Cancelled / Missed Appointments

We require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations and schedule changes. Failure to notify the clinic of a change in schedule IN ADVANCE: A missed appointment (cancelled or no show) will result in a full treatment fee charge being issued for that appointment.
